Present pavilion was built by influential people, Won, Seha, Gwak, Taeeung and Lee, Eungho, to enshrine poems of Sukjong, Yeongjo, and Jeongjo in 1913. These poem boards belonged in Cheongheoru. However, when Cheongheoru became a ruin when Korea was under the rule of Japanese imperialism, they were taken by a Japanese. In 1909, Kim, Byeongwi got them back and kept them.
The building is a pavilion built on the natural foundation of 3 layers with supports. It has 2gan in the front and 2gan in the side. The bottom of the pavilion is shaped like a well. The height measured from the foundation is 30cm. The entrance is on the left, and its handrail moves. On a rock near Yoseonjeong, it's carved 'Seokmyeongseon / Jeongsaiwoltaesuhang)'.
