This house is said to be built about 150 years ago, but there it's not sure. main building, reception room for male guests, and servants' quarters are arranged in a square shape. main building is formed with square pillars on the support over 1 layer natural foundation. It has a single eave and a tiled roof. With Daecheong in the center, upper room, living room, and kitchen is on the left, and room opposite the main living room and kitchen are on the right. It uniquely installed upper story in a floor form in the upper part of kitchen on the right side. reception room for male guests is a shaped building with barn on the left side of gate and reception room for male guests of 2gan on the right. It used to be a thatched house, but now it has western tile on. servants' quarters was newly built with red bricks. The overall structure of the house shows a typical form of commoner's house of Yeongseo area.
