The Poems and Life of Kim Satgat Nango Kim Satgat Culture Hall

With Seondalsan Mt. Kim Satgat Culture Hall is located in Waseok-ri Hadong-myeon Yeongwol-gun where the borderline of Chungbuk and Gangwon-do. It tells an ancestor of literature story with various multimedia which to get bored easily.

With guilty that won a first place by writing of disgracing his ancestor, Kim Satgat (Nango Kim Byeongyeon) wandered around the nation at the age of 22. His life story shows the aspects of feudal society of the late Joseon age. In the exhibition room, books and sculptures of Kim Satgat and research data of Park Youngguk who studied Kim Satgat for lifetime are exhibited. There are Kim Satgat Remains Site and park nearby. Yeongwol gun holds the festival to remember Kim Satgat every October.
